Concerts, exhibitions, pop-ups, anime events—whatever you’re trying to book, we handle the local barriers so you don’t miss out.
Why It’s Hard to Book Tickets in Japan
Even if tickets are available, actually securing them can feel impossible.
- Ticket sites require a Japanese phone number
- Payments only work with local services like PayPay or konbini
- Pickup requires access to Lawson / FamilyMart terminals
- Some systems reject foreign cards entirely

on enjoying your trip.
I help you:
- Purchase tickets from Japanese-only platforms
- Handle payments through local systems
- Secure reservations tied to a Japanese phone number
- Retrieve and mail or deliver your tickets (digital or physical)
You don’t have to navigate any of it.
Who Am I?
My name is Marguerite. I’m originally from the U.S., now living in Kyoto. Here’s my personal website.
After going through the ticketing process here myself, I started to realize how complicated it can be—especially for people outside Japan. It became especially clear when I tried to book Ghibli Museum tickets for friends back home. The English site sold out almost instantly, but the Japanese site was much easier to book from.
I wanted to create something simple to help with this: an option for travelers who don’t need a full tour service, but would appreciate help accessing tickets that are otherwise hard to get, for a small fee.
How It Works
1. Send Your Request
Tell me what event you want, date, number of tickets, and any preferences.
2. I Check Availability
I confirm pricing, availability, and any special conditions.
3. You Approve & Pay
I provide a clear total (ticket + service fee + shipping, if applicable). No surprises.
4. I Secure Your Tickets
I handle the entire purchase process locally.
5. You Receive Your Tickets
Digital delivery or clear instructions for pickup in Kyoto or mailing in Japan.
What I Can Help With

- Anime & game events
- Pop-up cafes & collaborations
- Museum & exhibition tickets
- Theater & stage performances
- Limited-entry experiences
If it requires a Japanese system, I can usually handle it.
